Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Tidy World Trading cc, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Returns will be subject to inspection and approval by Tidy World.


2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be required.
  • Upon investigation and approval, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Issue a refund, or
    • Offer store credit (where applicable).

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Collection & Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • If collection is arranged by Tidy World, the cost may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.
